Getting families to understand that Family Child Care is not a flunky of Class A facilities but we are an alternate choice. Just like there are public, private, and catholic schools. They are all schools just different types. I strongly believe that they should be made aware of their choices.

  2. Jacque Lima says:

My problem is not enrolling new families but keeping the ones that do enroll! It seems that in this economic market more families are starting but stopping within a few weeks because they are being layed off. My numbers go up and down like a yo-yo every day of the week. I wish I could see an end to this downturn but only see it continuing for another year or two.

  3. Heidi Casper says:

Being a new school, affordable advertising is our biggest challenge.

  4. chanda says:

The economy sure plays a part with keeping families. Sometimes things at your center might not be for every family that enroll.
