From Rhonda Anderson, CEO of Childcare Bridge:

As the CEO of Childcare Bridge, I am excited to share with you why I started the company and what our mission is in the childcare community.

For many years, I alternated between working in a corporate job and operating my own home childcare business. My years of experience as a childcare provider gave me a first-hand view of the limited resources and sense of isolation that many childcare providers experience. My years working outside the home and being a parent placing my children in a childcare center gave me the opportunity to see the many challenges that can arise when there is a lack in the area of parent/provider communication. I saw and deeply felt the pain and frustration from both sides and was determined to find a solution. That’s when my vision for Childcare Bridge was born.

At Childcare Bridge our mission is to build a community that will assist you, the provider, in building and managing your business. By providing the tools and information to make running your business easier, we can eliminate many of the stresses in your everyday experience. As part of that mission, we have created an easy to use website builder.

We believe that every provider is unique and that you should be able to have a site that reflects who you are and contains the particular information that you want to share.

Rhonda Anderson, Founder, CEO and provider advocate of Childcare Bridge is a successful entrepreneur and business consultant.

In addition to her many years of business experience, Rhonda also has experience in the field of childcare from both the parent and provider perspectives. As a mother of four, she took the opportunity to stay at home and run a childcare business in order to be with her children when they were young. Upon returning to the corporate world, she was able to use the knowledge she obtained as a provider in order to find the best care for her children.

Now as a provider advocate, she is committed to helping providers achieve success in their businesses by combining their innate skills with opportunities to develop business skills and collaboration in their industry.

Jeff Moore

Jeff Moore, Co-founder and Chief Information Officer (CIO), has over 20 years of experience as a software developer and CIO in a variety of industries. He founded and managed Zedak Corp., a software and support company that provides senior-level consulting and technology development support to the country’s largest financial management firms in areas including money management, due diligence support, relationship building and sales/marketing.

Jeff is committed to giving back to the community. He is a board member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization – New York Chapter, where he has served as Forum Chair since 2008. In his free time, he likes to read, bike and practice T’ai-Chi. He also challenges his friends to progress in their own unique ways for greater success and impact by asking lots of thought-provoking questions.

David Bach

David Bach, Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), is a physician, serial entrepreneur, and investor.

Prior to joining Childcare Bridge, David built three highly successful service companies – Touchstone Health, Empyrean Benefit Solutions, and Leprechaun. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, David was a venture capitalist with TA Associates and a management consultant, focused on strategic and operational consulting, with APM, Inc.

David attended Harvard Medical School and then did a residency in internal medicine, but after his residency training he elected to not practice medicine and, instead, to enter the business world. He was also a professional cellist early in his career.

David is very proud to be a part of Childcare Bridge, and deeply committed to the Childcare Bridge mission.

He is also having a great time building the business, and he thinks that his two partners are awesome!

Our mission is to create a community and the tools that will enable early childhood professionals to discover a deeper level of joy in what they do and increase awareness of the difference they make as the architects of tomorrow’s generation.

We will accomplish this by creating tools and services which:

• Make the increasingly complex business of child care and early childhood education easier to manage

• Give providers the opportunity to compete on a level playing field in today’s global community
• Restore balance in parent / provider relationships, and
• Create positive momentum in the industry as a whole

Our goal is to become the number one go-to site for childcare providers and early childhood education professionals to find the tools, support, education and encouragement they need to take their businesses to the next level and to enhance the quality of their everyday experience.
