Spring has sprung!  Little ones will love creating this beautiful multi-colored egg.

Supplies:

White construction paper – 1 piece per child

Assorted colors of tissue paper or crepe paper

Glue

Scissors

Optional: Ribbon and Laminate paper

Directions:

1. Cut or tear tissue paper in 2-3 inch pieces.
2. Glue pieces of tissue paper onto white construction paper.
3. Mix white glue with just enough water to make it spreadable and ‘paint’ the glue over the entire tissue covered piece of construction paper.  OR  Using a piece of laminating paper, cover the entire piece of white construction paper.
4. Let dry completely.
5. Cut in the shape of an egg.
6. Punch a hole in the top and attach a ribbon, if desired.
