Provider of the Month

Nothing is more important to a parent then making sure they are sending their child to the right child care center. Clean facilities and comfortable environments are definitely a top priority but what should be one of the highest on the list is having friendly providers and teachers that work well with the kids.

Lynnea Hufendiek works at Little Pintos Pre-School & Playhouse, LLC in Missouri. She is a wonderful example of a provider parents are comfortable leaving their children with. She mainly teaches the preschool level. However, she does help the owner of Little Pintos Pre-School & Playhouse, LLC, Tabby oversee all the children whose ages range from 6wks.-12yrs. She is a very diligent worker. Tabby really appreciates all the work Lynnea does around the daycare center. “She helps me with everything”.

The parents of the children who attend Little Pintos Pre-School & Playhouse, LLC love how creative Lynnea is with their children. She interacts very well with kids and lets the children do their own work however they interpret it. A perfect example of this was when her preschool was cutting out shamrocks for St. Patrick’s Day and instead of giving them a cut-out of a shamrock to trace she let them draw and cut out their own shamrock they way they thought one looked. Those are the very tools that give kids the confidence to not be afraid to be them selves and have their own ideas.

Lynnea Hufendiek is a wonderful teacher who loves teaching and loves giving children the building blocks to be confident individuals. What child care centers need are more teachers like Lynnea who want to positively impact the children they care for and to be outstanding role models.
